The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, a Teaching School, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. A further secondary school and two primary schools have submitted applications to join ATLP during the next 12 months. 
 
Teacher of English 
 
Salary: MPS/UPS 
Full-time / Fixed Term to cover maternity leave 
Start Date: September 2021 (12th July for ECTs) 
 
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Teacher of English to join our forward looking and increasingly successful English Department.  We want the best teachers to inspire our young people in an environment that is supportive but aspirational.  As a teacher of English you will join an innovative department led by a Head of Department and supported by an experienced Second in English.

The Role: 
The successful applicant will:

This post is also suitable for ECTs.  We offer an excellent 9 day induction programme commencing on 12th July 2021 and you will be paid £18,169 per annum (pro rata) with effect from 12th July until 31st August 2021. 

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement of the role.
