We are looking to strengthen our English leadership team with an innovative, effective and ambitious teacher. This exciting leadership role will be shaped to suit the experience and skill set of the successful candidate.
This position would only be suitable for a candidate who is aiming to join our schools’ senior leadership team within the next few years. They will need to have shown that they can consistently teach to a very high standard and have had a positive impact on either a whole school initiative or within their English department.
The successful candidate would be offered extensive CPD over an 18 month period (including the opportunity to complete the appropriate national professional qualification – NPQML or NPQSL) and be given a mentor from the senior leadership team who will coach and support them on their development. They will also join the Swale Academies Trust Network Group for English, building links with colleagues and sharing best practice.
