Teacher of Esports (Business and Media) job summary
Do you have a passion for Esports, Marketing and Business? Do you love working with young people? Do you have a creative and innovative approach to teaching, learning and assessment? If the answer is yes then we have an exciting opportunity for you.
S6C is recruiting a new teacher of Esports to start in September 2021 to deliver the:
-BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Esports and
-to contribute to our existing Business offering
Esports is a new and exciting course being offered by S6C and, this is an opportunity for the right candidate to be involved right from the outset. From covering entrepreneurship, branding and marketing, Esports strategies and analysis, health and wellbeing and fitness for players, to the technical aspects of games design, shoutcasting and video production, this course requires someone with a wide range of technical, business and Esports skills. The college would be interested in receiving applications from candidates who may have the multi-media and business skills and are prepared to train to acquire teaching qualifications.
You will be well supported as part of a growing and flourishing Creative Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to work in a growing college which has the potential to expand further over the coming years. The post-holder will be required to be innovative, flexible and willing to go the extra mile for our students.

In September 2014, opened its doors to the young people Salisbury surrounding areas. Prior this, 40% students seeking an A level education had travel out Wiltshire. We currently have 315 on roll we are expecting grow 350+ next year. August 2018, joined Magna Learning Partnership, multi-academy trust which comprises number our feeder schools. working across MAT, with aim that over 50% leaving year 11 will remain within MLP family their post-16 education.
