What skills and experience we're looking for

This post offers an exciting opportunity to further develop a successful Food Studies team at Brookfield. The successful candidate will be an inspirational and experienced teacher who will support and enhance the vision of the established department.

The successful candidate will teach Food Preparation and Nutrition in Key Stage 3 on a carousel system. At Key Stage 4 we offer WJEC Hospitality and Catering as a Vocational qualification, alongside Eduqas GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition. The successful candidate will be expected to teach one or more of these qualifications.
