The Priory City of Lincoln Academy are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Food to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge in food preparation, nutrition, and professional cookery, with the ability to inspire students through practical, engaging, and industry relevant learning experiences. They should be confident teaching both core Food Technology curriculum content and advanced practical skills to Sixth Form students working towards professional cookery qualifications. The candidate will be able to deliver high‑quality lessons that develop students’ technical competence, creativity, and understanding of food‐related theory. An ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs and to support all students in achieving excellence in both practical and written elements of the course is essential.
