We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Teacher of Geography and RE, with an opportunity for a TLR to lead RE provision for the right candidate.
About the Role
Geography
- Teach Geography to at least GCSE level; A Level teaching may be available.
- Geography will form at least 50% of your timetable.
- Join a dynamic, well‑resourced department committed to high‑quality teaching, fieldwork, and enrichment.
Religious Education
- RE is taught during dedicated KS3 lessons and through the PSHE curriculum at KS4.
- As RE Lead (if appointed), you will:
- Teach RE across KS3
- Lead and support a small team delivering the subject
- Oversee and enhance KS4 RE provision
- Provide tutors with engaging materials and guidance
- Knowledgeable, current, and enthusiastic about Geography and RE
- Committed to excellent pedagogy and collaborative departmental practice
- Passionate about inclusion and ambitious for all students
- A team player who contributes positively to curriculum development and wider school life
- Excellent student behaviour
