Teacher of Girls' PE job summary
Kirkby High School wish to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and energetic teacher of Girls' PE. The successful candidate will be passionate about their subject, dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences in the classroom, and keen to contribute to wider aspects of school life.
The successful applicant will be a strong team player committed to the Academy’s vision of “A community that believes in top class teaching and a pastoral care system that is second to none ensures that we prepare our young people for a bright and optimistic future, filled with opportunity”.

Our last Ofsted inspection (December 2018) judged three criteria as ‘Good’ – effectiveness of leadership and management, quality of teaching, learning and assessment and personal development, behaviour and welfare. Inspectors highlighted the vastly improved leadership and high ambitions which has helped to improve the quality of teaching and pupils’ behaviour.
