We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher of History to join a dynamic and collaborative faculty.

Soham Village College is a splendid place to work. Our students are hardworking and ambitious, with a most recent progress 8 score of +0.75. Ofsted observed in their most recent visit, in June 2024, that our ‘pupils are extremely polite and respectful’ and their ‘behaviour is exemplary’.

There is a collaborative and supportive culture in the school and staff value highly the continuing professional development and research opportunities available. Ofsted noted that staff are 'proud to work at the school'. There are varied opportunities for career progression for staff at all levels and applications from ECTs are welcome.
