Exceptional Environment: Consistently excellent student behaviour and attainment, supportive families, and recently upgraded facilities including dedicated department offices.
Career Development: A highly collaborative History team that shares resources, alongside a comprehensive CPD programme for all career stages, including leadership preparation.
Health & Wellbeing: A dedicated wellbeing day each academic year, an active Staff Wellbeing Committee, an Employee Assistance Programme, and access to a virtual GP service for you and your family.
Flexibility: All requests for flexible working will be thoughtfully considered.
We are seeking a passionate and creative educator who:
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and strong, dynamic teaching skills across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Builds positive, impactful relationships with all learners and is dedicated to raising student attainment.
Thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the success of the History department.
Is willing to enrich the school and local community through extracurricular activities and trips.
Responds positively and creatively to the evolving expectations of the History curriculum.
We highly recommend an informal discussion or a visit to see our calm, purposeful lessons in action.
