At A level, the majority of students achieve high-grade outcomes, and many progress to Russell Group universities each year, studying competitive subjects such as Medicine, Veterinary Science, Law and Engineering.
All students follow an ambitious and accelerated Key Stage 3 programme in English, mathematics, science and technology, enabling them to begin GCSE courses at the start of Year 9. Teaching and learning are supported by a strong middle-leadership structure, with deputy heads of faculty and regular, purposeful professional development focused on improving classroom practice and securing consistently high outcomes for all learners.
