Working with us offers you the opportunity to:
-Join a “kind and caring school” where pupils “enjoy being part of the inclusive community” (Ofsted, 2023) that aims to be an” exceptional school at the heart of our community”.
-Be part of a forward-thinking department with well-resourced schemes of work and where Teachers are given autonomy and are encouraged to be innovative and try out a range of teaching styles.
-Engage in excellent, personalised, professional development opportunities.
-Join a school where early finishes for parent consultation evenings and free tea and coffee every day are just some of the ways we aim to support staff well-being.
-Work in a school that has been designated a “Leading” school for Personal Development by Challenge Partners.
Work in a school where the values of Respect, Kindness, Pride and Responsibility underpin all we do.
