The Role

As Teacher of History, you will:

  • Deliver dynamic and inspiring lessons at KS3 and KS4.
  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive department.
  • Use innovative teaching strategies to challenge and engage students.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum resources and schemes of work.
  • Support the holistic development of our learners – academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has Qualified Teacher Status and a degree in History or a related field.
  • Has the passion and ability to inspire young people to love history.
  • Is committed to inclusive education and removing barriers to learning.
  • Demonstrates high expectations for all learners.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and is open to collaboration and innovation.
