We are looking for a teacher who can set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils. As a part of
this they will promote good progress and outcomes for pupils therefore will demonstrate that they can plan and
teach well structured lessons and importantly promote a love of learning and be able to spark children’s curiosity. We
expect that teachers take time to build positive relationships with their pupils so they can adapt their teaching to the
strengths and needs of the pupils in their charge. This person should make accurate and productive use of
assessment both formative and summative and be able to ensure effective feedback is given and acted upon.
