The Role

We are looking to appoint a Teacher of Humanities who wants to join an experienced, supportive, committed faculty and make a real difference with our young people. A forward-thinking, dynamic teacher will only strengthen our existing team.

This role is temporary, 1 year from 1st September 2026 - 31st August 2027.

The team are well-established, resourced, and highly supportive. We work collaboratively, always putting the needs of our students at the forefront of what we do. We would love to show you round our department and our academy. Humanities subjects are taught passionately across all year groups, from Year 7 through to Post 16 courses.

Results are on an upward trend, and we are driven to ensure this continues. This role offers you the opportunity to develop and excel as a teacher, within a strong and effective team of practitioners. We understand that working collaboratively not only improves outcomes, but also reduces workload.
