Teacher of Inclusion job summary
We are looking for an excellent practitioner with a passion for inclusion to work in our secondary school setting. The successful candidate will mainly be working within our Inclusion Centre setting – The Oasis Hope Centre.
This is a rewarding position where you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate, nurturing team; providing bespoke education for our young people and supporting them to close the gaps in their learning often created by trauma in their early years.
You will utilise your subject specialism expertise to teach lessons to varying groups across KS3 and KS4 at different times in the week. When you are not directly involved in teaching students, you will facilitate the work that KS4 students are given to complete by other subject teachers across the week. This is crucial to ensuring that students have a highly personalised education tailored to their needs.
