Join an established and highly regarded Alternative Provision
All Saints Academy is seeking an exceptional and compassionate teacher to join our successful onsite Alternative Provision, working predominantly with Key Stage 3 pupils to re-engage them with learning and successfully reintegrate them into mainstream education.
Our Alternative Provision, The Cove, is well established, highly successful, and regularly recognised as a model of best practice for inclusion. The provision plays a vital role in transforming outcomes for young people who require additional support to thrive both academically and personally.
This role would suit a resilient, proactive and relational practitioner who is passionate about inclusion and committed to ensuring every child feels seen, valued and capable of success.
The successful candidate will:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families
- Demonstrate resilience, optimism and consistency
- Work proactively to remove barriers to learning
- Champion high expectations alongside nurture and care
- Live our Academy values of Love, Legacy and Bravery every day
- Believe firmly that all young people can succeed
You will work closely with the Alternative Provision Lead and wider pastoral and safeguarding teams to create bespoke pathways that support students both academically and emotionally.
