For our students and for you.

About the role:

We are seeking a strong, qualified Teacher of Inclusion to join our academy at an exciting stage of development, working within a highly committed Inclusion team led by the SENCO, Assistant SENCO, and Assistant Principal - Inclusion.

This pivotal role will focus on delivering an adaptive, responsive curriculum designed to meet the bespoke needs of some of our most vulnerable learners, ensuring that provision is precisely matched to individual starting points while maintaining the highest expectations.

We are looking for a forward-thinking practitioner who meets students where they are but refuses to leave them there - someone who believes passionately in progress, aspirations, and achievement for every child.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring students leave the academy capable, confident, and competent, ready to access the wider curriculum and succeed in the next stage of their education or employment while being willing and able to deliver high-quality learning experiences across a range of subjects.

In addition, the role will require the successful candidate to deliver provision in line with individual EHCP requirements, ensuring that statutory outcomes are embedded meaningfully within high-quality, personalised teaching and learning.

They will work across alternative pathways, contributing to a carefully structured offer that supports engagement, progress, and positive reintegration where appropriate. Central to this will be a relational approach, grounded in consistency, trust, and high expectations, enabling students to feel understood, supported, and challenged in equal measure.

Through close collaboration with colleagues and families, the Teacher of Inclusion will help to create an environment where every learner is empowered to succeed, both academically and personally.
