Following a last-minute resignation, we are looking to appoint a suitable candidate as soon as possible.
The Governors of this high achieving, oversubscribed school seek to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher of IT to join our successful department. You will join a dedicated and supportive team of staff and be required to teach across the full age and ability range. Currently the department offers: GCSE Creative iMedia and Computer Science, OCR AAQ Cambridge Advanced National in Computing: Application Development and A Level Computer Science.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be proactive, committed to high standards and expected to teach IT at key stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach at A level too. Applications from ECTs or more experienced teachers are welcomed.
This appointment provides the opportunity to teach well-motivated, hard-working students. You will join a forward-thinking and high-achieving department and be committed to delivering genuinely imaginative, engaging and varied lessons.
