What skills and experience we're looking for

About You:

As a Teacher of IT at The Hart School you will be passionate about the importance of IT and its relevance to the outside world, bringing learning to life. Our ideal candidate would:

  • Be able to inspire learners to develop confidence in their subject area.
  • Be an outstanding and reflective classroom practitioner.
  • Set high expectations and be a positive role model – consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes, values and behaviours which we expect of pupils.

Requirements:

To apply for the Teacher of IT opportunity you must hold:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in teaching IT at KS3 and KS4
  • Recent and relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
