What skills and experience we're looking for
We need a Teacher who:
- Understands how children learn
- Has sucessful experience of teaching
- Is an exemplary practioner able to lead by example
- Is warm, caring and enthusiatic about improvement the qaulity of provision
- Has a proven track record in raising standards and pupil outcomes
- Is highly organised and is able to prioritse workload
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to lead an area
- Will work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with pupils, colleagues, parents/carers and other professionals
