What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver both English and Maths to our nurture cohorts in years 7-9.
You will join an established and supportive team of colleagues across the English, Math and Inclusive Support departments, who aim to raise the aspiration of all students and support them to achieve their full potential.
Candidates must be able to confidently differentiate and deliver our equitable curriculum offer to students demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and understanding of how to support both low ability and SEND needs from across all primary learning areas. Knowledge of the KS2 and KS3 National curriculum is essential in order to adapt learning, address any gaps in knowledge and ensure through monitoring and assessment the positive progression of our pupils.

The successful candidate will have a commitment to developing outstanding practice and the desire and drive to improve educational outcomes and life chances for our pupils and students.
Applications are welcome from ECT / NQT / RQT and experienced teachers who have the ability to think creatively and are resilient and motivated by challenges. Experience of working within a SEN setting is desirable but not essential.
