We are looking for a teacher who will

* Have proven experience of maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour
* Approach data analytically and diagnostically, identifying gaps and suggesting clear next steps
* Be highly motivated and ready to embrace a whole school leadership role, working closely with the strategic leadership team
* Be a supportive, flexible team member who develops excellent relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues
