Top-Tier Technology: A high-spec laptop and classroom touch screens for all teaching staff. Digital learning is fully embedded via a Google platform (Years 7-9) and is rolling out school-wide.
Exceptional Environment: Consistently excellent student behaviour and attainment, supportive families, and recently upgraded facilities including dedicated department offices.
Career Development: A highly collaborative Languages team that shares resources, alongside a comprehensive CPD programme for all career stages, including leadership preparation.
Health & Wellbeing: A dedicated wellbeing day each academic year, an active Staff Wellbeing Committee, an Employee Assistance Programme, and access to a virtual GP service for you and your family.
Flexibility: All requests for flexible working will be thoughtfully considered.
We are seeking a passionate and creative educator who:
- Is able to deliver German to Key Stage 4 and either French or Spanish to Key Stage 3 or above.
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and strong, dynamic teaching skills across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Builds positive, impactful relationships with all learners and is dedicated to raising student attainment.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the success of the Languages department.
- Is willing to enrich the school and local community through extracurricular activities and trips.
- Responds positively and creatively to the evolving expectations of the Languages curriculum.
We highly recommend an informal discussion or a visit to see our calm, purposeful lessons in action.
