Teacher of Law with 2nd Subject

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Law to join our dedicated team, delivering the highest quality education for our popular and successful A Level Law course. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to teach OCR A Level Law, with a passion for fostering academic excellence and student engagement.

While the ability to offer an additional subject is advantageous, it is not essential. We welcome applications from ECTs, as well as experienced teachers eager to contribute to our vibrant learning community. Join us in shaping the future of aspiring legal minds.

Key Duties

To have responsibility for planning, delivery, and assessment of learning activities in line with OCR A Level Law.

To ensure student achievement within these groups is at least in line with expectations.

To be accountable for progress and achievement of students within these groups.

To have responsibility for the pastoral care of an identified tutor group.

To implement school policies and procedures as appropriate in day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will

Experience of teaching OCR A Level Law.

ECTs are welcome.

Resilience, adaptability and a can-do attitude.

A commitment to inclusive education support from a hard-working team.

Good behaviour management skills and a sound knowledge of the OCR A Level Law curriculum.

The ability to work as part of a team and undertake pastoral duties as a form tutor will be a key requirement.

Teach a 2nd subject in Humanities, English or Science.
