THE MATHS TEAM
We are seeking a Maths teacher with the ability to teach Maths across the full ability range up to join our successful and dynamic department. Maths is a successful and popular subject throughout the school and standards of achievement are high at all levels:
GCSE Maths 87% 4+, 72% 5+ and 37% 7+
A level Maths 67% A*- B in 2022,consistently in the top 25% nationally (ALPS 3) for progress
Maths is taught by an enthusiastic and highly committed team of ten teachers. There is an emphasis on team work and mutual support, which is enabling the faculty to evolve to meet the challenge of a developing curriculum. The Maths department is well resourced and all Maths classrooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards.
