Teacher of Mathematics (£5k Golden Hello) job summary

The Abbey School is seeking to appoint a member of staff to join our Maths Department. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, talented, and passionate Teacher of Mathematics, to start from 28th August 2025 OR January 2026.

This is a full time, permanent role, paid based on the STPC Unqualified/Main/Upper Teachers Pay Range, dependant on experience.

The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5,000 which is split into the following payments - £2,500 subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, and a further £2,500 to be paid upon one year service.

This post would suit an experienced or Early Career Teacher with good prospects for career development.
