Teacher of Mathematics job summary
The Apollo Partnership Trust (APT) was founded in November 2017.
It currently consists of two secondary academies, Castle Rock High School and Newbridge High School, and one primary academy, Broom Leys Primary School.
Our high schools are on an exciting journey as they will both become Key Stage 4 school in 2020-21 with a shared Key Stage 5 provision. We are committed to development and improvement through strong collaboration and partnership.

Are you an outstanding teacher with the passion and motivation to inspire young people?
We seek to recruit an innovative Teacher of Maths who will be a valued member of our school community, the successful candidate will play a vital role in the delivery of the curriculum. They will work to secure outstanding provision in Maths which will help to inspire young people in a love of the subject. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a commitment to becoming involved in extra-curricular activities. We are looking for a talented and forward focused individual with a passion for their subjects and students’ learning.
The appointed person will play a fundamental role in shaping the direction and future of the curriculum areas, as we convert, along with our partner secondary schools into Key Stage 3 and 4 schools, providing education to students from age 11 – 16 in the local area. It is an exciting time for the Trust and the successful candidate will be instrumental as we embark on this journey.
Both NQTs and experienced teachers are encouraged. Applications are welcome from both established and recently qualified teachers with appropriate relevant experience.

• is able to deliver lessons to Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 students
• is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality
• is able to make positive relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider community
• is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage students
