The ability to communicate a genuine passion for the subject and the capacity to teach to a high level;
Able to teach the maths curriculum across the age and ability range;
Strong subject knowledge;
A record for securing good examination outcomes (unless new to role);
A genuine passion for engaging with young people of all ages and to establish positive relationships including with disengaged students;
Experience of using a wide range of teaching methodologies; Able to communicate with students and parents about student’s progress;
Qualified Teacher Status.
