Teacher of Mathematics job summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Maths to join our successful and supportive Maths department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who is dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring a love of Maths in young people.
You will be supported by a strong leadership team and a department that values collaboration, creativity and professional development.
The successful candidate will:-
Be a qualified teacher with a relevant degree

Demonstrate consistently good or outstanding teaching

Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths

Use assessment effectively to inform planning and support progress

Be able to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEND and EAL

Show excellent classroom management and high expectations of behaviour

Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Contribute positively to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities
