What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Maths Teacher to join our school in September 2025.
The ability to teach GCSE Mathematics is essential. The opportunity to teach GCSE Statistics, Level 2 Certificate in Further Maths, A Level Mathematics, A Level Further Maths or Level 3 Mathematical Studies could also be available to a suitably qualified teacher.
The post would suit a trainee teacher who will gain Qualified Teacher Status this academic year, a recently Qualified Teacher at the early stage of their career or an experienced Teacher who would like to join a successful school.
Excellent support will be provided within the Maths Department and from across the school to help you become an even greater Maths Teacher.

Codsall High is a comprehensive school for students in Years 9 to 13 situated in a semi-rural area of Staffordshire near Wolverhampton. It has over a thousand students on roll and almost three hundred in its successful sixth form.

The Maths Department is fully staffed with dedicated teachers. Staff work together, support each other and go the extra mile to support their students. It is a great department to work in.
