What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative teacher to join our Mathematics Faculty in this successful selective girls’ school, which consistently achieves excellent examination results. The successful candidate will be expected to teach both KS3 and GCSE Mathematics with the possibility of some A-level teaching in the future. The desire to be involved in curriculum developments within the Maths Faculty is essential along with a willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities and to contribute to the wider life of our school community.
KGGS is an outstanding selective academy with 1238 students currently on roll, where the focus in the classroom is on teaching and learning whilst developing students and staff alike. The Maths Faculty is a highly successful and thriving department.

KGGS is an outstanding selective academy of 1200 students where the focus in the classroom is on teaching and developing students and staff alike.
In 2019 Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School achieved some of its best ever results with 91% of our students achieving 5+ in both English and Mathematics, a progress 8 score of 0.92 and an attainment 8 score of 7.0.
