About Robertsbridge Community College
Robertsbridge Community College has a considerable reputation as a caring community, where everyone knows each other. It does not, however, allow this to become a cosy relationship.
Students are expected and encouraged to perform to a high standard and the committed staff make great demands on them to achieve levels of performance which few realised they could attain. The College’s development plan is to move the College from Good to Outstanding. Any member of staff must share this commitment; must prove that they have clear and strong ambition for students. In return they have the benefit of working in a College which values them and is prepared to treat them as the caring professionals they are.
