Overall Role and Remit
o To maximise the achievement of all children in your charge
o To be responsible for these children’s safety and welfare
o To assist in the development of the Faculty and other teachers within the school.

Essential educational requirements
Good Degree and PGCE in relevant subject area
Evidence of further professional development at Masters level.
Essential skills and experience
Ability or experience of teaching Mathematics to GCSE
Evidence of excellent teaching – at least Good judgments
Ability or experience of teaching Mathematics to A level.
Evidence of “Outstanding” practice
Familiarity with the KS3 & GCSE syllabus requirements in Mathematics
Familiarity with the A level syllabus requirement in Mathematics
