At St Ives School, we prioritise the professional growth and development of our staff. Every member of our team receives personalised coaching and dedicated time out of the classroom for regular coaching triad meetings. We believe in nurturing and supporting our teachers to reach their full potential, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Due to flexibility in our staffing, this role can be appointed between 0.6 and 1.0 FTE by agreement.
