What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to an increase in student numbers, we wish to appoint an exceptional Teacher of Mathematics to join our successful, split-site academy as part of a as part of a thriving Mathematics department with continuously improving results.
The post is open to teachers of all levels of experience and we welcome applications from ECTs.

Further details about the role
Our academy operates across two sites. The Lower Academy specialises in the teaching of our Key Stage 3 students, whilst The Upper Academy specialises in teaching Key Stage 4 and 5.
The appointed Mathematics Teacher will begin their BA career at the academy site best suited to their skill set. We are able to offer opportunities to teach a wide range of abilities in KS3, KS4 (GCSE Maths / GCSE Statistics) and KS5 (Functional Skills / ALevel Maths/ ALevel Further Maths)
With an ethos of developing internal talent, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibility, driving change as we implement NCETM's Maths Mastery approach to teaching. We are able to offer further opportunities within leadership for roles including Head of Department, EBACC Lead and Raising Standards Leader.
