About our Maths Faculty
Come and join our successful team as we continue to build on our fantastic examination results. Year on year our key headline figures are increasing contrary to the national picture, and we are seeking passionate mathematicians who can help the department continue to grow.
Maths results for 24/25 academic year included:
- Over 80% 4+, 61% 5+ and 20% 7+ in GCSE Maths
- 70% achieving 7+ in GCSE Statistics
We offer a range of courses for our students across all key stages. At KS3 alongside the national curriculum we offer our students opportunities such Statistics as a taster option in Year 9, UKMT award entries for our top students, Year 8 L2 Algebra Award and Entry level qualifications for our weakest students. At KS4 and KS5 we run Level 3 Algebra, Further Maths qualifications, GCSE statistics and much more.
