Our strategies are evidence-based and developed in partnership with educational psychologists, ensuring you have the expert backing and a calm environment to support every child in your classroom.
Our Teaching & Learning Model
Our approach is built on a foundation of relational practice, ensuring that every student feels safe, valued, and ready to learn. As a teacher here, you will be supported by a clear framework that prioritises:

You will be joining an enthusiastic and energetic maths department, well-equipped with interactive TVs and visualisers in each classroom. The department operates out of seven classrooms based in a dedicated maths wing.
We also offer a comprehensive co-curricular programme, encompassing activities such as a thriving Axiom Maths Circle, the Outwood Maths Masters programme, and engagement in national competitions including the UKMT Maths Challenges. We value teachers with the skills and passion to teach high-ability students, and for the correct candidate, this role offers significant opportunities to lead in these areas.
