What the school offers its staff
This vacancy has arisen in a successful Maths department that is continually growing. The Maths curriculum at Key Stage 3 is a Maths Mastery approach built within the Middle Years Programme (MYP) framework. At Post 16, we offer IB Mathematics where students have the opportunity to sit standard or higher level. We also offer Further Maths at GCSE with our highest ever cohort this academic year.
We invest heavily so that staff have ongoing access to weekly high-quality professional development and a curriculum focused on developing conceptual understanding. Our curriculum is underpinned by research on task design, variation theory, concept development and raising achievement. Full training will be available to the successful candidate.
The basis of this role will be permanent, full-time, offering MPS/UPS commensurate with experience + London Fringe Allowance.
