Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of mathematicians and making complex concepts accessible and engaging for our students?

The Portsmouth Academy is seeking to appoint a dynamic and dedicated Teacher of Maths to join our team of committed professionals teaching our students from years 7 -11 on a fixed term basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will inspire students to achieve their full potential in mathematics and develop critical thinking skills.

Applications are invited from Early Career Teachers or experienced teachers looking for a new challenge.

This role is fixed term until 31/08/2026.

  • A qualified teacher with QTS.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
