This role is suitable for ECTs.As an ECT at Harper Green, we invest in your professional development to ensure you have the best possible start to your teaching career. You will be assigned a mentor within your department, alongside a professional mentor who will offer regular drop-ins with precise, leverage feedback allowing you to refine your teaching practice. We operate an open door policy, enabling you to observe others and we encourage staff to use our technology available to record themselves and share best practice. This has allowed us to build a library of staff delivering best practice in our context to support staff in their development. Alongside this support, you will receive regular training in the form of whole school CPD, bespoke masterclasses for ECTs and access to our Research Book Club.
