Teacher of Maths and Further Maths job summary
Harris Westminster Sixth Form is looking to hire a qualified teacher of maths and further maths who is both passionate about preparing London's most able state school students for entry to the world's top universities and is keen to join a highly academic and successful department.

To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/form tutor.
To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
To contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
To share and support the academy's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.

What we are looking for
We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in London, and helping create exceptional places of learning. We are looking for a maths and further maths teacher with:
Enthusiasm, passion, outstanding subject knowledge and a consistent drive to teach beyond A*
Vision, presence and clarity
A love of learning and a desire to further your knowledge both within and outside your subject
The ability to deliver consistently good (or better) lessons
QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree
