Teacher of Maths and ICT job summary
The Role
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Maths and ICT with an infectious passion for the subject, to join us at Granville Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for you to create innovative and exciting learning opportunities for our students.
You must be confident in the delivery of Maths and KS3 ICT and have the ambition and dedication to continue to develop the curriculum in line with current practice and research in effective teaching.
You will be able to support in the promotion of excellent standards of student learning, achievement, progress, attainment and behaviour through working effectively and collaboratively. You will be passionate about your specialist subject and seek to positively impact your field and the Academy.

The de Ferrers Academy is a part of Trust. We are Multi Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. consist 3 Secondary Academies 4 Primary Academies. Following on from 10 years as specialist Technology College, became an January 2011. It has grown into large, split-site, co-educational institution catering for the full range students ages 11-18. In 2015 first school (a Trust). Excellent funding allowed to enhance resources equipment widely promote use new technologies. There digital projectors flat screen TVs all curriculum areas with over 500 computers laptops across sites. From October 2012, provide sixth form access personal 1:1 iPad lessons at home. Currently, Years 9 13 (Trent Sixth Form Campuses) have their own iPad, well teaching staff most support staff. Our vision ensure that children young people our care opportunity fulfil potential through achieving highly, regardless ability or background. At we believe working hard, being kind choosing wisely. privileged work community where positive impact children’s lives future every day.
