Beamont Collegiate Academy seeks to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Teacher of Maths to join a strong department in a vibrant, high performing and over-subscribed 11-16 academy. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and committed practitioner to provide strategic leadership to our science department, driving high-quality teaching and learning and securing excellent outcomes for all students. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping curriculum intent and implementation across Maths, supporting staff development, and contributing to whole-academy priorities.
We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about Maths education, has high expectations for all learners, and can inspire both students and staff through strong subject leadership.
Job Purpose: To work with the Head of Department to teach curriculum subject(s) across the age and ability range, to promote high achievement and full realisation of potential by working with individual students and playing a full and active role in the overall life and development of BCA.
Terms and Benefits
Salary: Teacher Main Scale to UPS 3 (£32,916 - £51,048)
