Teacher of Maths job summary

We are currently looking to appoint a passionate and motivated Maths specialist to join our successful Maths faculty. The school is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted following an inspection in April 2023. We continue to strive for excellence, both academically and personally, for our children and young people.

Maths is a key department within the school and a popular choice at A level. Results in the department are consistently high. It is a very well-resourced department, with excellent levels of collaboration between teachers. The Maths teaching rooms are well-equipped, each with an interactive whiteboard and visualisers. We also run many trips and projects that connect us with local schools and wider organisations; you will be joining an enthusiastic and creative team.

Fitzharrys is a school which is growing and developing rapidly. Our ethos of Aspiration, Opportunity, and Integrity are being utilised by staff and students to enhance the education we deliver.
