We wish to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics, experience of edexcel would be advantageous. You will be joining a successful department with a strong track record of examination success at all levels. We provide the opportunity to work with well-motivated students in an environment with a high level of teacher support and excellent facilities.
Mathematics is one of the largest subjects offered at One and attracts a variety of students with varying abilities. Our A level Mathematics/Further Mathematics and Core Mathematics students are enthusiastic about the subject and many go on to study at University. Our Level 2 students are well guided and supported to make the right choices to support their progression. In addition, the Mathematics teaching team encourage students to participate in the Senior Mathematics Challenge in November and support a team of students in the Team Mathematics Competition each year.
