Teacher Of Maths job summary
The Sele School is seeking to appoint two outstanding educators of Maths to join a successful and forward- looking team of staff. We wish to appoint an imaginative and enthusiastic teacher with ambition to develop further in their career. The successful candidate will be keen to work alongside a team determined to create an excellent learning experience for all of our students. The role will be for 1 full-time (1 FTW) and 1 part time (0.8 FTE). The role would be suitable for an ECT.
As a Maths teacher, you will inspire and motivate young people to understand the application of Mathematics in a variety of contexts, both within and beyond the classroom. You will join a department that places great emphasis on using proven pedagogical approaches to facilitate learning.
We are keen that students have an opportunity to extend their interest and enthusiasm for Mathematics by taking part in a range of extracurricular activities such as clubs, visits, and competitions. We would welcome any contribution you could make to these activities at The Sele School.
