Northampton International Academy is part of the East Midlands Academy Trust, it is an all through school, 4–19, and opened in September 2016. In July 2019, the academy achieved an Ofsted rating of Good.
It is a fantastic time to join NIA as it has its first Year 12 intake, as well as further groups in the primary phase and by 2021 the school will have over 2000 pupils. This will make NIA one of the largest free schools in the country
NIA is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to teach Media throughout KS3, KS4 and possibly KS5, subject to aptitude.
We are looking for a creative, well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher with experience of and interest in developing teaching and learning across a range of subjects. We would in particular welcome applications from anyone with strengths in Media as there may be opportunities for KS5 teaching in this areas.
This would be an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to develop their skills in the Media area of the curriculum.
You will be joining a very successful and supportive team and Media is a very popular subject at GCSE.
