Teacher of MFL job summary
The Arthur Terry School is seeking an enthusiastic, creative and committed Teacher of MFL to join our high performing department. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and vibrant Teacher of MFL to inspire curiosity and diversity by exploring cultures inside and outside the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across all key stages in French and Spanish
Foster a genuine love for languages through innovative teaching methods
Adapt teaching styles and curriculum materials to meet the needs of all students
Set high expectations for student behaviour and progress, providing constructive feedback through regular marking and assessment
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
Show enthusiasm about student engagement, curriculum development, and innovative teaching strategies.
Be able to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute positively to the school community.
