We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and inspirational teacher to join our Languages Department. The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified teacher of MFL, including French.
- Demonstrate experience in teaching languages at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Possess a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.
- Be able to inspire, support, and challenge students to achieve their best.
- Show resilience, self-awareness, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues.
- Have a commitment to ongoing professional development and be willing to contribute to extracurricular activities.

The successful candidate will:
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons in accordance with the school’s teaching and learning policy.
- Teach languages, including French, to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Mark, assess, and report on student progress to ensure strong attainment outcomes.
- Promote students' well-being and provide guidance on their educational and social development.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, contributing to the wider life of the school.
- Work as part of a collaborative department that is passionate about language learning and actively engages in enrichment opportunities.
