An opportunity has arisen at Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form (KNGS) for an exceptional teacher of MFL to join us on a fixed term contract for academic year 2026 - 2027, working 0.9 FTE (Please note this post may be available on a permanent contract from September 2027). KNGS is an OFSTED outstanding school and is part of the West Midlands Multi Academy Trust with a comprehensive intake and a co-educational sixth form. The post is available from September 2026 (January 2027 start may be considered). Please note that the part-time working days for September will be confirmed during the summer term and that the working days may change in future years based on timetable need.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional teacher of MFL to join Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form. The ability to teach French and Spanish at KS3 and KS4 is essential with experience at KS5 desirable. We are an outstanding school and achieve excellent pastoral and academic outcomes for students within a culture of care and concern for the well-being of both students and staff. The MFL department consistently achieve some of the best results in the country. The faculty plays an integral role in the life of the school, making a significant contribution to the development of key skills and cultural understanding.
